Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels
Provide information about products and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues
Identify and escalate priority issues to management
Meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Excellent up to Fluent in English is a MUST
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient in using computer software and applications
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
